ABOUT MY WORK

1. Photo Delivery:  

— Photos are provided in ready-to-print JPEG format. 

  — Two download options are available on the website: for printing and for internet use. 

  — All photos can now be saved to your computer in one click. 

 2. Preparation and Assistance:  

— Assistance in preparing for the shoot and selecting outfits.  

— Creation of photo examples prior to the shoot if it needed. 

 3. Personal Gallery:  

— Photos are accessible in your personal gallery.  

— A link to the personal gallery is sent to the client for sharing with third parties. 

 4. Turnaround Time and Storage:  

— First photos are available the NEXT DAY.  

— Cloud storage and downloading of photos in your personal gallery are available for up to 12 months; photos are automatically deleted thereafter.

 5. Client Preferences:  

— Confidential shoots available upon request.  

— The cost of the photography session includes various elements depending on the chosen package, such as photographer’s time, artistic vision, use of accessories, travel time, image selection, hand-edited photos, and delivery of digital files via a link. 

 6. Additional Services and Costs:  

— Print products are not included but can be purchased separately.  

— Additional photos beyond the package are possible and charged separately.

—The photographer does not provide the client with rejected and/or unprocessed material, including RAW files of edited photos.

— RAW files of edited photos are available for an additional cost of +30% to the shooting price. 

 7. Location and Travel:  

— Shooting in different cities in Tuscany is possible; arrangements can be discussed. 

 8. Model/Client Agreement:  

— Agreement to the use of photos by the Photographer as specified unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.  

— Client responsibility for decoration and interior items during studio shoots.  

— Client compensation for any damaged property. 

 9. Photo Processing:  

— No changes to appearance during photo processing, including color, clothing style, hairstyle, makeup, or manicure.  

— Body contouring carried out at the discretion of the Photographer. 

 10. Safety and Liability:  

— Photographer not responsible for accidents during the shoot.  

— Participants are responsible for their own safety and health during the shoot. 

 11. Important Note:  

— The photographer does not alter the proportions of the face and body during processing. 

— Lifestyle photography captures the true essence of you, and you are beautiful. 

— You confirm that you have reviewed the photographer’s portfolio and shooting and photo processing style. 

— You agree to the shooting and processing of photos in the characteristic style of the photographer.
